Y would u salvage the axe its perfect. u can eaisly sell that for 80k range. A lot of ppl like hand axes, Me included.

15% always and -5 energy is the best you can get, which is (for a warrior) fact not opinion. The way on an items look is up to the buyer, but those mods are perfect and yeah the req. is 1 or 2 above a good range, but its worth over 100k easy.
